*******************************
Important Update (Feb 2023): As of February 2023, Hong Kong has lifted all COVID-19 related travel restrictions. We will still hold the conference in Hybrid mode, but you are heartily invited to join the 80% of survey respondents who said that if there were no travel restrictions, they would attend in-person at AASP 2023 @ EdUHK!
*******************************
Please Save the Date: As previously announced, our 2023 AASP conference will be held from July 13-15, 2023, hosted in Hong Kong at the Education University of Hong Kong! We are excited to provide this opportunity to hear about each other’s research and create community.
We are collecting views to help us decide the mode of the conference, and would greatly appreciate your help for our planning. We are considering all-online, hybrid (= both online and in-person options available), or all-in-person options.
Currently, Hong Kong has COVID-related restrictions on inbound travelers to Hong Kong (called “0+3”; see below* for details). While these might be lifted by summer 2023, we wish to find out the appetite for travel to Hong Kong for the 2023 conference under different circumstances. And of course, online conferences can be more accessible to many; we would like to know your preference.
If you are considering coming to AASP 2023, could you kindly take 2-3 minutes to fill out this anonymous survey:

We look forward to hosting you! Our campus is well set up for all modes, and we’re confident that we can make the conference a quality experience. Thank you in advance for your time (and apologies for cross-posting).
Best wishes,
Emma Buchtel
